Capture Property Marketing is the sole owner of all deliverables, including photography, floor&site plans, slideshows, videos, copywriting and virtual imagery. Copyright for all deliverables remain with Capture Property Marketing, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Alteration, manipulation or distortion of our images, and deliverables, is strictly prohibited. Please direct all retouching and post production requests to production@captureproperty.com.au

 

 

License to Use

The client is granted a license to use all deliverables supplied for personal use or for advertising purposes only, including websites, social media and printed material.
Additional usage fees apply for any use outside of the mentioned above, or to anyone who is not the original client. Selling or distribution of images or deliverables to third parties, is not permitted without written permission from Capture Property Marketing.

Bookings

 

Confirmations are sent via email for all bookings. If any details are incorrect, please notify bookings@captureproperty.com.au. Capture Property Marketing does not accept any liability for any misinformation.
If the client is not present during the actual photography session then Capture Property Marketing’s interpretation of the assignment will be accepted.

Cancellations

Any job that is cancelled or postponed within 3 hours of the booking time, the following fees apply:
Day Cancellation Fee - $60 inc GST
Dusk Cancellation Fee - $175 inc GST
The above fees apply to each product / service that is cancelled.

Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours on all deliverables, except Video products, which is 48 hrs, unless otherwise specified.

 

 

Fees

Please refer to our current price list for all current fees. All prices include GST.
Our service area is a 30km radius from Doncaster East. Any distance beyond 30km will incur additional Travel Fees. We charge $0.50 per km, beyond 30km, each way.

Payment

Invoices are produced by Capture Property Marketing weekly, and payment is required within 30 days from the date of invoice. Payment made via credit cards incur an additional fee.

Indemnity

Capture Property Marketing shall not be liable for any legal action, claim or damages resulting from or arising out of the publication of the images or other deliverables used by the client. The client shall indemnify Capture Property Marketing against any claims and/or damages against them as a result of the clients’ use of the images or other deliverables.

Confidentiality

Capture Property Marketing will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the confidential information of your clients are not disclosed to any parties, except as required to provide the services, and as required by law.
